All transcripts are available in printed form, on diskette, CD-ROM, or DVD, or via e-mail.. ASCII files and imaged exhibits can be provided on CD-ROM in TIF(F) or PDF formats.

FITZSIMMONS has been in the forefront of utilizing RealLegal software. RealLegal® E-Transcript management is a high-performance vehicle enabling the transcript's integrity to remain intact and secure. Once the reporter's transcript is imported into RealLegal software, they can activate a full-text search, initiate a variety of styles in condensed printing, saving options, and send to a diskette, CD or e-mail the E-Transcript Viewer. Ultimately it's sent to the Internet repository and is password protected for its encrypted work product.
